合：今天的“武高之声”又如约和大家见面了。大家好，我是播音员徐鑫怡，我是播音员叶晶。

徐鑫怡：各位同学们，你们知道26年前3月18号是什么日子吗？1993年3月18号，是我国的全国科技人才活动日。

叶晶：The so-called National Talents Science and Technology Activity Day is the first national scientific and technological Talents Technology Exchange Fair. On March 18, 1993, the National Science Congress was held, ushering in the spring of science. At this conference, Comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward the famous conclusion that "learning technology is the productive force". In line with the spirit of this year's exchange, the organizing committee has issued an initiative to set a scientific and technological talent activity day on March 18.

徐鑫怡：After the proposal was issued, it received a positive response from famous scientists and people from all walks of life. The banners hanging on the venue are very noticeable. Through this activity, more scientific and technological talents will be promoted to create more scientific and technological achievements, and play an important role in transforming more science and technology into productive forces.

叶晶：科学技术是第一生产力放眼古今中外，人类社会的每一项进步，都伴随着科学技术的进步。尤其是现代科技的突飞猛进，为社会生产力发展和人类的文明开辟了更为广阔的空间，有力地推动了经济和社会的发展。中国的计算机、通讯、生物医药、新材料等高科技企业的迅速增长，极大地提高了中国的产业技术水平，促进了工业、农业劳动生产率大幅度提高，有力地带动了整个国民经济的发展。实践证明，高新技术及其产业已经成为当代经济发展的龙头产业。

徐鑫怡：Science and technology are the symbol of human civilization The progress and popularization of science and technology have provided mankind with new means of disseminating ideology and culture, such as radio, television, film, video, network and so on, which has provided new carriers for the construction of spiritual civilization. At the same time, it is of great significance to enrich people's spiritual life, renew people's ideas, and break down superstitions.

叶晶：Science and technology are the core motive force of social progress The great development of social development level is inseparable from the progress of science and technology. Science and technology can enrich workers' cultural knowledge and improve their skills, and make labor organization and management methods scientific, so as to improve the coordination function between all aspects of labor.

徐鑫怡：任何事物都有两面性，科学技术的应用就是一把双刃剑。因为科学技术的存在，我们有了今天的文明和进步。但同样，技术的负面价值也不容忽视。科技所带来的环境破换等问题，我们要向有效地解决，必须还要依靠先进的科技来实现。因此，我们要进一步发展科技，但在发展和应用科技的同时一定要处理好人类社会和自然之间的关系。
